Applying service design principles to design for young learners

The accelerated expansion of technology and communication has stimulated the need to change the way educational services for children are planned, designed and delivered. This publication argues that design thinkers -particularly the ones applying the service design approach- can significantly improve education for children. 

This dissertation was written as part of my MA Service Design course and was submitted by the end of the first year of the program.
